Terms of Service

Effective date: February 28, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Cloverly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cloverly website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cloverly ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password.
  • Use only one account per person — account sharing is prohibited.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Cloverly is a paid subscription service. We offer the following plans:

  • Monthly: $7.00 per month
  • Annual: $70.00 per year (save ~17%)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Trial eligibility is limited to one per person.

4. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. If we do, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via the email address associated with your account. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Free Trial

If you sign up for a free trial, you will have full access to the Service for 7 days at no charge. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. If you do not cancel, your selected subscription plan will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged.

6. License & Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with any other person.
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.

7. Fair Use Policy

The Service is intended for personal use. We reserve the right to impose usage limits or suspend accounts that exhibit patterns of abuse, including but not limited to excessive automated requests, data scraping, or sharing account access with multiple people. We will attempt to notify you before taking action unless the abuse is severe or ongoing.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Fail to pay your subscription fees.
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, statistical models, and data visualizations — are owned by Cloverly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee any lottery outcomes or winnings. Statistical analysis of past draws does not predict future results.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any lottery organization, including Mega Millions or Powerball.
  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloverly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
