Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Cloverly and lottery analytics.

What is Cloverly?
Cloverly is a lottery analytics platform that provides in-depth statistical analysis of Mega Millions and Powerball drawing data. We offer frequency analysis, number generators, probability tools, and over 20 years of historical draw data — all designed to help you explore lottery patterns and make more informed picks.
What data does Cloverly analyze?
Cloverly analyzes historical drawing results for Mega Millions and Powerball going back to 2002. This includes every main number, bonus ball, and jackpot amount drawn over that period. We track game rule changes (such as number range adjustments) and factor them into our analysis so you always see accurate, version-aware statistics.
How does the number generator work?
Our number generator offers five strategies: Pure Random, Balanced Pick, Hot Numbers, Cold Numbers, and No Recent Repeats. Each strategy uses different criteria to select numbers — for example, Hot Numbers favors frequently drawn numbers, while Balanced Pick aims for a mix of odd/even and high/low numbers. All strategies respect the current game format and number ranges.
Can Cloverly predict winning lottery numbers?
No. Cloverly is an educational and entertainment tool only. Lottery drawings are random events, and past results do not predict future outcomes. Our statistical analysis helps you explore historical patterns and trends, but it cannot and does not guarantee any winnings. Please play responsibly.
What is the difference between hot and cold numbers?
Hot numbers are those that have been drawn significantly more often than average — specifically, numbers with a frequency more than 15% above the expected rate. Cold numbers are the opposite: they appear more than 15% below the expected frequency. We also track "overdue" numbers that haven't appeared in over 60 days. These classifications help you understand historical trends at a glance.
How often is the data updated?
Our draw data covers a comprehensive historical dataset from 2002 through early 2026. The platform is updated regularly to include the latest available drawing results for both Mega Millions and Powerball.
What lottery games are supported?
Cloverly currently supports Mega Millions and Powerball — the two largest multi-state lottery games in the United States. All analysis tools, generators, and probability calculators work with both games, and you can switch between them at any time from the dashboard.
How much does Cloverly cost?
Cloverly offers two subscription plans: a Monthly plan at $7.00 per month, and an Annual plan at $70.00 per year (saving you roughly 17%). Both plans include full access to every feature — frequency analysis, number generators, probability tools, draw explorer, and the complete historical dataset.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You can cancel at any time during the trial period — just make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.
What is frequency analysis?
Frequency analysis is a statistical method that examines how often each number has been drawn over a given time period. In Cloverly, our frequency tools show you individual number counts, pair frequency (which numbers tend to appear together), and visual breakdowns of number distribution. This helps you spot historical trends, though it does not predict future results.
